We want you to be as cozy as possible, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn and unwashed items. If your Oodie isn't the perfect fit for your lounging needs, we are here to help with a hassle-free return or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit the Returns Portal

  Head over to our online returns center and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Select Your Items

  Choose the items you wish to return or exchange and select the reason from the provided dropdown menu.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label, print it out, and securely attach it to your original packaging or a similar mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Relax

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; once we receive it, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
